Susan Barcellona, owner of Bella Bella Salon and Boutique, has been practicing her craft of hair artistry for more than 30 years. Susan grew up in New York while earning her cosmetologist license at age 18, she worked in five states and opened her first salon in Texas at 23. She has always focused on extreme customer service – not only by making customers beautiful on the outside, but making them feel good on the inside.

Susan says, “Beauty comes from within. Making my clients feel great about themselves keeps me constantly learning and looking for ways to improve. I truly love what I do for my clients.”

Susan also shares, “I wanted to open Bella Bella not only because of my passion for this business, but for what is lacking in our industry. Customer service is what you can expect here. We offer complimentary hand massages and rejuvenating hair shampoos with every hair service.

We also give back to the community by hiring and training from within students right from Beauty School.  We feel that we  can train and develop there talent and they can learn from my years of experience.  Our ongoing weekly education  keeps their level of skill superior, and we also attend various educational seminars through out the year. We never stop learning – our goal is to continually exceed our clients’ expectations.”
